We won't take it personally...
We all know the risk of buying products online. It might not be the right size, color or even material we were expecting. Well, don't worry about it - at S/A we have free returns for whatever reason you might not want to keep our amazing products.
1. Return of a product you just received...
If you purchased a product from us within the last 14 days (14 days from when you received it) and want to return it, please e-mail us at email@example.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Contact information
- Reason for return
After we receive your e-mail, we will e-mail you a return label and a guide on how to complete your return. It is important that the product is 1. unused and 2. in its original packaging:
Please keep it in its black dust-bag with the plastic-bag around it and with all tags attached.
For the accessories:
Please keep it in its black box with all the tags included.
When we have received the item and examined it, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost - Remember, shopping online should be a breeze, so we will do our best to make it as easy as possible...
2. Return of a used product...
Our products are 100% handmade and sometimes a thread, a zipper or the color of the leather might fail. That's the joy of working with natural materials. However, in the event such a thing happens to your product, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the problem - it would even be helpful to attach some photos in the e-mail. One of our talented product experts will get back to you and sort out the issue.
Why we might not be able to accept the return...
We can't accept a return if it has been more than 14 days since you received the product from us. If the product shows signs of wear and tear or is damaged in anyway.
